Our olive oil is harvested by hand, transported fast and extracted cold. This process ensures the high level of naturally occurring chemical constituents found in extra virgin oil. The tin can package provides maximum protection of oil from the light, which destroys all the features of the oil.The olive oil varieties which are used for the extraction are the Manaki and Koroneiki. They are both known for their exeptional organoleptic characteristics, which are passed to Greek Farm's  '' Ellin '' Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
